One thing you need to know about me is that I’m a voracious reader. I’d probably rather read that do just about anything else. On this page I’ll share with you some of my favorite books over the years. You may have heard of some of them, but maybe others will be new to you.
This page also includes other items people ask me about. Because I love to see mindfulness as a sensory experience, I like to include items that you may utilize for this purpose. I love aromatherapy and am fascinated with our olfactory system. I even have my own special synergistic aromatherapy blend I use at the office to help clients get clear and calm.
