I often work with people who are looking for new tools for their toolbox. We all have different learning styles and ways of learning that resonate with us. By providing a myriad of resources, hopefully, you will find something that works for you.

Guided Meditations

Here you will discover free guided meditations that not only help you relax but also help rewire the brain so you are better able to handle all of life’s stressors, especially getting a good night’s sleep!

You may listen to these audio tracks here or you can download them for free onto your mobile device using SoundCloud. If you like what you hear, be sure to share them with your friends and family!

Videos

On my YouTube channel @mindfulmeganb, you will find some short lessons on mindfulness. I like to think of these as “Two-Minute Meditations,” meaning that you can be mindful and meditative in just a few minutes!

I know we’re all busy and adding one more thing to do seems stressful so I wanted to make mindfulness and meditation more accessible to more people by providing little lessons you can watch anywhere, anytime.

Books, Etc.

One thing you need to know about me is that I’m a voracious reader. I’d probably rather read that do just about anything else. On this page, I’ll share with you some of my favorite books over the years. You may have heard of some of them, but maybe others will be new to you.

This page also includes other items people ask me about. Because I love to see mindfulness as a sensory experience, I like to include items that you may utilize for this purpose. I love aromatherapy and am fascinated with our olfactory system. I even have my own special synergistic aromatherapy blend I use at the office to help clients get clear and calm.
