Life transitions are everywhere. Whether you’re dealing with the ending of a relationship, getting back into the workforce, a child leaving for college, retirement, or the changing of your relationship after having kids, life has continual stressors. How we perceive and view these stressors matters more that whether or not they happen.

Life happens and we react.

Sometimes we don’t love how we react or our reaction affects others negatively. Sometimes we get stuck and don’t know how to shift our perspective to get unstuck. Mindfulness can be an exceptionally helpful way to get unstuck. It helps you broaden your perspective and see things from different views.

Sometimes people are resistant to mindfulness thinking they have to do it a certain way. Others think you have to spend a lot of time at it. At Louisville Mindfulness Center, our focus is to make mindfulness accessible to everyone! We want you to be successful in getting unstuck and increase your mindfulness, so we have very gentle approaches that often have big positive impacts.
